For online purchases, returns and exchanges are accepted within a seven-day cooling-off period. Items for return or exchange must be kept in brand-new condition and returned together with the original packaging and any accompanying gifts.

Each natural gemstone is unique, and natural imperfections such as cracks, chips, inclusions and associated minerals are normal phenomena.

If you require repairs within one month of purchasing the jewelry, please contact us with the warranty card for free maintenance service (damage caused by improper use is not covered under warranty). Beyond this period, maintenance fees and shipping charges will apply.
